1. What will you change?

I am going to change this image of central station to a modernised version of what it is like today. As centrak station shares a large amount of history and heritage for 102 years it is a great image to appropriate as it has a lot to change. Not just the one platform but also all stations and how they have benefited Australia

2. How do these changes reflect the image of Australia?

The changes of the image will reflect how transport in terms of trains has evolved. How their are clearner, more efficient, constant services etc.

Currently after a lot of work I have come up with this image which basically sums up both Central station and all stations in the world and their advancements:

1. What changes have you made?

The changes that I have made to the poem by Adam Lindsay Gordon are, how Australia has become more polluted and subject to dumping of rubbish and how it is becoming more like a barren wasteland. I have also included issues such as droughts and the damage that it is making to the bushland area.

2. Why? What does it tell us about changes in Australia?

I have made these changes because I feel that it is important to be aware of how Australia is becoming trashed with garbage etc. It helps us realise how Australia has become more and more polluted and how we can see the difference and change the future of Australia.

3. What techniques have you used to reveal these changes (metaphors, simile, personification, onomatopoeia)

The techniques which I have used to highlight the idea about Australia becoming more polluted include: personification, simile’s and rhythmic patterns.

4. If you used a technique, why did you choose it? How was it effective in creating meaning?

I used these techniques so that the message/moral becomes more effective and stands out. It also helps people understand the situation
